Back when the company still understood how to actually run a restaurant, it was a good place to work. Happy customers=good tips. My coworkers were good people.

Where to begin? In store management too concerned with licking the corporate managers' boots to think for themselves. Corporate managers are so out of touch with what it takes to survive in this business that they are running the place right down the toilet. Latest remodel of TR's Fire Grill and Lounge is a prime example of that. Rather than invest money in fixing the problems that were losing customers, they threw money out the window changing everything about the place into something nobody wanted. Corporate management has their heads so far in the clouds they'll drive the company to a second bankruptcy before they'll admit their own pitiful ineptitude at their own skills.
