      Good company culture. Associate resource groups and benefits team put on many programs for networking, socialization, community involvement. Brand new gym facility. Good work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      No official work from home policy (yet). Large, old company with some resistance to change.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Inconvénients

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
