      Coworkers are very nice and supportive. Managers and mentors provide extremely helpful feedback for improvement as a professional engineer. You will gain lots of experience and insight into what an engineering job is.

      Reminds me that I want to retire early - this can also be seen as a pro

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Inconvénients

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
