      .Good company to settle if you don't have extra responsibilities .Good work life balance

      Inconvénients

      .need to belong to majority of the GROUP , else you and your skills are off no use .great favoritism and partiality if you belong to there group .can climb up the ladder if your in the GROUP

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Inconvénients

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
