      Intentional team that cares. Engaged customer base. Customer-first mindset. Diversity of thought across ages, genders, geographic backgrounds and experiences. Awesome support from Cambium.

      Inconvénients

      We're trying to do a lot and prioritization is key to success! Working with some shared services teams are slow and focused on risk aversion because it's a bigger company mindset.

      - People are great - Very relaxed working environment

      Inconvénients

      - Onboarding was terrible and had to figure out so much on my own just to get started - Trying to contact people would be hard since it was obvious they were not at their desk for hours - I wrote down questions and reached out to managers that had no clue how to answer those questions
