Somehow employees are also required to hide about receiving warning letters. - It seems like the management is fantastic at catching typos but her own major financial miscalculations, seem to be one of the worst-kept secrets around here. Selective micromanagement at its finest. - It's hard to tell if there is even a HR department. There wasn't an employee handbook for clear understanding of employee benefits or entitlements and appraisal systems change as and when management pleases – it’s a fun guessing game for everyone. - Timbre’s lost magic: Once upon a time, this brand had charm and uniqueness. Now, the management’s rigid, inadequate F&B knowledge and old-school directions feel like a time capsule no one really asked for.
