Avantages
Love the company: the work ethics, the co-workers, the environment, and the benefits. Started as a new graduate with no industrial experience. Learned so much technical and management knowledge and experience during the past 5 years. Keep being challenged regarding process improvement, time management, degree of enthusiasm, responsiveness and flexibility. Multi-racial and multi-cultural environment.
Inconvénients
Not a well fit if you look for a restful job/environment. Constant and plenty of food so weight management is challenging.
