      Overall good but no work life balance in some projects

      Inconvénients

      Until Dec 2025 they don't have any mandatory Hybrid policy but now they implemented it.

      Avantages

      Opportunity to work with a lot of highly knowledgeable and skilled professionals. Company culture is also really welcoming.

      Inconvénients

      May or may not get hands-on data science work as the majority of Data Analysts and Data Scientists are located in India, so hands-on data work is offshored to them.
