You're asked to take ownership of your work. You learn to be an accountable developer. You work with some of the best technology in the market. You learn a lot about productive development practices because most seniors here have had long, distinguished careers at big companies. You can be authentically yourself. And in fact, you'll be encouraged to do so. You'll spend your days laughing and making the people around you laugh. You'll be astonished at how much work you can get done without feeling exhausted when the team is fun. Despite being an intern, I found myself arguing on development architecture choices with people several times more experienced than me. I had a voice despite being the least experienced person on the team. This kind of exposure is rare. And it's fun.

The environment is fast-paced. Keeping up requires significant effort, but that effort will turn you into a beast. Be ready to give it your all. The guidance for freshers could be a lot better. Both in terms of attitude and resources.
