      Avantages

      Great place to work where it's easy to forget how smart and experienced some of your colleagues are because they are so friendly. Access to top management is unparalleled with some of them sitting right alongside you. Good hours and good work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes a struggle working within the strict rules of the compliance department. Conference calls usually happen at inconvenient hours.

      - Nice people - Good opportunity to learn the AM business - Company works to develop talent - Regular communication from management on direction and vision of company. - Company organises events where you get to meet executives plus CEO

      Inconvénients

      - Lack of interesting IT projects - Most technology is bought of the shelf rather than developed in house - Lack of permanent staff - More about who you know when it comes to promotion and remuneration

      It's a good working environment with very friendly people

      Inconvénients

      - a lot of office politics - near impossible to progress if you actually try hard at your job as its seen as a big loss to your current role. - Progression is only offered when you try to leave. - A lot of dead weight who don't know what they're doing.
