      Inconvénients

      Management and founders do not care about their employees nor their members. Racist jokes, favoritism, sexual harassment claims, no direction, no growth, no company culture, all thrive here. Many hazardous work conditions in their warehouse. Money hungry founders bread crumbing their employees. A group of manipulators and narcissists, especially the corrupted main founder. Please do not work here.

      Avantages

      A few of the great things of working at ThreadBeast as a growth intern is the exposure to growth strategies and hands-on projects that I'm constantly learning for both professional and personal development. As well as the mentorship that I receive from experienced professionals who are invested in their growth as well. This guidance provided has helped in building a solid foundation for a successful career has given me a chance to explore various facets of the business. It's given me a better understanding of how different departments work together to drive growth.
