Avantages
Everyone has the opportunity to grow professionally Coworkers are very friendly and typically do after-hour activities together Management typically supports the employees decisions If there is a problem with an employee, even at mid level management, upper management will remove them
Inconvénients
Unrealistic deadlines are made by project managers; ex. promise work to a client on Monday and it is Friday afternoon. Some times a few lower level employees will dictate how everyone else does their job, even if it is not up to date best practices Some employees get favoritism because they do hunt, fish, or golf with the bosses
