I have been working at ThinkWik as a Project Manager, and overall my experience has been very positive. The company provides a great environment for learning and growth, especially if you are someone who wants to take ownership and build strong project management skills. The team is supportive and collaborative, and management is approachable. There is good exposure to different types of projects, which helps in enhancing both technical understanding and client-handling skills. One of the best parts is the flexibility and trust given to employees to manage their work effectively. The work culture encourages responsibility and continuous improvement.

Working hours are 8.5 so sometimes it gets tough to complete but company offers flexible hours so it's manageable.

People here are really nice and helpful. No toxic politics or ego issues which is rare these days. Management listens to you and gives you space to do your work. I've learned a lot since I joined. The projects are interesting and you actually get to work on real stuff, not just boring maintenance work. Office vibe is chill and friendly.

Sometimes deadlines can be tight but that happens everywhere. Nothing major to complain about honestly.
