      Avantages

      Great company culture that works as a family and enables you to grow and work on your skillset. There's a lot of room for growth and the company leadership encourages it. I spent a year as an administrator but then expanded my role into a more technical and marketing role (which I enjoyed). The leadership is very encouraging.

      Inconvénients

      Learning the company hierarchy may be difficult as there are different department heads focused on different projects. Regarding projects, you may need to send many emails and repeat yourself many times to the different department heads to convey your points.

      Avantages

      Had the potential to do well given all the talent they initially attracted but then could not retain. They started with some good ideas but then lost their way.

      Inconvénients

      Hiring too many agents & low commission splits for all the work you have to put in. Nothing but a Discount Brokerage led by a sales manager who has never sold a home in his life. Too much rigidity & lack of vision. Offering free listing services & making the agents work for free on listing a home or offering cash backs to buyers. So even if you are selling a lot of Real Estate, you are actually making very little money for the amount of work you put in.
