Avantages
Generally a good place to work. There's little to no office politics. No gossips whatsoever. Colleagues are very friendly and helpful. There's work life balance here.
Inconvénients
Be extra careful before signing the contract cause they tend to have lots of ridiculous terms and conditions. They even prevent you from working for competitors for certain period of time. If you're part of their regional team, do be extra careful cause they tend to pay you the bare minimum to get the work done. They seem to not understand the cost of living structure in other SEA countries other than SG despite having hired people for several years now. So, they kinda think, so long you're not in SG, your cost of living is cheap and that they can pay you less. With a seemingly lesser pay, they expect you deliver the same quality of work (KPI) as the SG staff who are earning in SGD for the same work. There's also very little staff benefits here as compared to most established companies. Turnover rate is quite high also. Not many people stay pass a year or two.
