Avantages
Simon Wilby Inc believes in treating his employees like real people and moreover family. It is difficult to get in to Simon Wilby Inc but once you do, you will be treated very well. The Company paid accommodations for road trips to other offices was amazing. I also liked the fact that if I had a problem I could speak to Simon Wilby myself and there was not the usual amount of red tape to go through like previous employers.
Inconvénients
I cannot think of a single downside to working at Simon Wilby Inc. Sometimes the workload can become challenging. However with the amount of compensation that Simon Wilby provides those kinds of challenges are expected to occur.
