      Avantages

      One of the best companies I've worked for in my 10-year career in the industry. While not everything is perfect, the faults are openly acknowledged and addressed when possible and I appreciate that management doesn't try to keep people who aren't a good fit or who just aren't pulling their weight. Let’s see, what else? - Affordable healthcare - Solid pay - Smart team members - Management is willing to listen to feedback and criticism - Full autonomy - Job security

      Inconvénients

      Like I said, all faults are openly acknowledged and addressed so there’s nothing to complain about online that I don’t feel comfortable just bringing to my manager’s attention.
