      Avantages

      Raben is a place where if you are industrious and forward thinking you will do some of the most meaningful and impactful work of your career. The scope of clients and the respect that Robert Raben garners across all industries and the progressive space keeps the momentum going. I love being in such an incredibly diverse environment.

      Inconvénients

      The opportunities are almost overwhelming. You have to be self disciplined to focus on a core area. Though there are offices all over you really want to be in Washington to get the facetime you need.

      Team is very supportive of piloting new ideas, considering new approaches, and receptive to insight from a variety of experiences.

      Inconvénients

      The workload can be heavy, and it is difficult to maintain balance during busy periods. It can be hard to use the unlimited PTO policy because there is always a lot going on. Staffing and internal processes are not always set up in ways that support the amount of work expected, which leads to burnout. Communication and expectations from leadership can be unclear at times. Decisions are not always explained, and the process around promotions or raises is not transparent. Pay does not always match the level of responsibility. Employee experiences vary a lot depending on the team or manager. Some teams are supportive, while others lack structure. The internal culture does not always match the values the organization promotes publicly, and feedback from staff does not always lead to change.
