      Esprit Start-up, 100% télétravail. Liberté d'organiser son travail, peu de controles disciplinaire et esprit de confiance. Bon salaire par rapport au marché.

      Inconvénients

      100% télétravail, manque de structuration d'une part par la volonté des dirigeants, et d'autre part car start up

      Very high competence level Low hierarchies enabling fast decisions. Good income and bonus system. Multinational projects make working more exciting.

      Inconvénients

      High work load due to strong demand and struggle to find good people. More tight international management coordination would be needed.
