      Avantages

      Some amazing people, trauma bonded for sure but… amazing nevertheless - free product - quite flexible which keeps a lot of people here, but it’s not worth it

      Inconvénients

      It used to be the most amazing place to work. However unfortunately times have changed due to chaotic and very questionably behaved leadership. If you’re passionate about your work and value your mental health, tread VERY carefully. The ‘rumours’ you are hearing are true…behind the scenes lies an ever growing toxic culture. Smile, nod, and basically don’t breathe the wrong way. Wouldn’t recommend if you like boundaries, support, or being treated like a human. Most people don’t pass probation or leave within months starting because the goalposts constantly change, leaving people feeling awful about themselves and out of a job - so please also bare this in mind!

      Avantages

      Wonderful product, easy line to sell, great education and recent field management team. Very gratifying work with clients and coworkers. Really excellent health, dental, and personal care benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Be prepared to be laid off or fired at any moment. This job was high stress, with goals and structure constantly changing and communication being inconsistent. Some leaders were very professional and easy to work with, others high strung and seemly kept around for legacy/friendship reasons. Never saw anyone in the field team quit with a 2 week notice and a nice good bye- everyone that leaves is either fired, laid off, or they quit on bad terms.
