Inconvénients
This is a very slow moving, monotonous workplace. Zero ethics! The founders have Zero knowledge of how digital marketing works but the still poke their nose. They treat the employees like garbage/their personal slaves.
I was an intern there that they used to pay the stipend in envelope of CASH like we are in 1820.
The HR’s are useless. They will not help you when needed instead, you will have to face their soulless attitude.
There is a loootttttt offf politics! LIKE A LOT!
Also, they will hire you for TDF but after joining, you’ll be told that there are 4 different brands like TDF, DAZZ, Phimedi and Phiclinic.
Two jewellery and two skincare and you will have to work for all four in the salary of barely one. This is absolutely unethical and unfair!!!
It’s a bad place to waste time.
Whatever deal you make during the interviews, please make sure you get everything in writing because these people don’t have basic humanity!!!
PS. Don’t believe the reviews in Ambition Box. Its all fake. The numb heads of HR had made/forced each and every employee to put good reviews.
