      Each store has a great team full of people that are chipper, doing their absolute best, and are a joy to work with.

      The leadership keeps making decisions that everyone suffers for in the retail stores, distribution centers, and the customers.

      All the pros went out the window with new management

      Inconvénients

      -Full return back to office- immediately! - Leadership believes you should be available whenever they want to have a conversation -Zero direction at all times -The culture is what made TCS great, that’s gone now
