Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The company and leadership are heavily focused on honesty, collaboration, progress, and individual growth, and the travel is well worth the time to engage in-person.
Inconvénients
There is a language barrier, as most of the company is based in Europe, especially Amsterdam. The onboarding is also slower than I am used to, having been thrown into the action immediately in previous positions. The company is growing quickly, but this leaves some to be desired in regard to established processes.
