Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The culture is great, the people around me were always willing to talk to me and give advice on my job as an intern and everyone I spoke to was friendly and inviting. I was given ownership (with supervision) of my own project and encouraged to take the reins and succeed on my own merits while still provided with enough guidance to not get lost in the deep end.
Inconvénients
Hiring process is somewhat inflexible in that they prefer to hire via internship and less so directly to full-time outside of that process. Also, my perspective on the company is limited to the internship, in which they were probably doing our best to make the company appealing to us.
