      Avantages

      Stable company at a macro level. Good business fundamentals. Ample opportunity to try many roles, though always to satisfy a “business need”. Great for a new college grad to start.

      Inconvénients

      Not a place to be if you think outside the box. Pay is not market competitive and work culture is political.
