      Avantages

      For the most part my peers are great people and fun to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Management is not very supportive of helping you reach your goals, its more of they have a plan for you and you either have to go the route they want you to or your growth will be limited. Also, toxic work environment behavior is accepted and not disciplined.
