I work with and help train a team that ranges from new, young engineers to seasoned professionals. As product line marketing manager, I ensure that our sales force understands the technical requirements that our customer's face everyday when using test instruments as well as market research into emerging trends in a highly technical industry. The work environment is face paced, with new markets and opportunities everyday. But that doesn't mean you get burned out, on the contrary, it's the excitement and daily conversations with management and the team that keeps you wanting to do more.
