Creating an environment where team members feel listened to, respected, and able to grow is something we care deeply about at Tend. Hearing that your Studio Manager “actually listens” and jumps in to help is exactly the kind of leadership we strive for across all studios.
I also appreciate you calling out the cleanliness, modern feel, and the vibe of the space. Our goal has always been to build studios that feel welcoming not just for patients, but for the people who spend their days caring for them.
On the flip side, thank you for noting the busy hygiene flow — we know those days can move quickly. It’s great to hear that your team supports each other and keeps things running smoothly, but we always want to keep an eye on workload and make sure the pace remains sustainable.
And yes… snacks! You’re not the first to mention this, and I promise it’s something we’re actively exploring. We love food too. :)
