Avantages
Everyone I've had the experience to work with has shared the same end goal and is willing to work with each other no matter what to achieve this. Very few companies I've worked at have had the same messaging of selling the right solution as apposed to selling so we make money. Culture is fantastic as everyone is professional, respectful and genuinely just good people. I feel as though I have the support from all departments if I am to get in touch with them - little disconnect unlike bigger corporate institutions. Overall I'm more than satisfied, pressure at the right times and fun & flexible when I need it. Couldn't ask for much more.
Inconvénients
Some on-boarding requirements to go across to head office which can be a bit of a trek from Sydney!
