Reality here we go! In this particular project of which I thank the heavens im out of. The PMO had a brilliant idea of next level delegation. During a team updates meeting after a mass exodus, they decided that they had too much PM work and came up with a power point slide. They shared that they have a few categories they liked volunteers to take charge of, tools, automation, communication, culture, presentation and a few others. This then led to them shooting/calling out people who has raised these exact problems to them to take charge XD. As if the actual folks working on the actual deliverables are not tired enough.
