      Avantages

      Not had a problem with a team lead yet. You have support for the most part. Weekly meeting to touch point on any changes

      Inconvénients

      It can be boring do to slow call volume and trying to move up is not as easy as they make it seem and good luck getting a raise.. even with a promotion
