      Avantages

      If you land in a good role you will get good exposure to learn skills (this is applicable to only developers). For a fresher this could become a goldmine or slimy pit... If you do ur work and get the results nobody will taunt you. Recommended to seniors

      Inconvénients

      You won't get any time to learn anything if the project is on-going. You have to be available anytime outside ofice hours. You are more like a labour than an employee. There is no personal space. There is no proper appreciation for the work you do and they not gonna give any hike.

      The is zero reason to work for this placement company

      Inconvénients

      Payday in inconsistent. Pay checks are often short and direct deposit could be up to a week late. No communication on why but this place is dump.

      Avantages

      No Pros. They just lure you and have a hit and trial method for fetching you the interviews. Which you might never get.

      Inconvénients

      They don't have clients so you are benched. they will lure you for training and mock interviews which are nothing but copy paste questions from google. Don't join this company if you are in the States.
