Pathetic, tbh is the only word that comes to mind when I think about my experience here. The company sells a vision of innovation, culture, and employee growth, but what I experienced was instability, constant pressure, and a complete lack of trust. The biggest concern was job security. Employees seemed to be viewed as project-dependent resources rather than long-term investments. Watching talented people disappear from teams after business changes created a culture of anxiety where nobody felt secure. Management often appeared more focused on tracking, monitoring, and controlling employees than enabling them to succeed. Work-life balance was poor, expectations were unrealistic, and burnout felt normalized. The glowing image presented online did not match what I experienced internally. Many positive reviews felt disconnected from the actual day-to-day environment, making it difficult for candidates to get an accurate picture before joining. Micromanagement was constant, and it often felt like every small action was being monitored rather than employees being trusted to do their jobs. nstead of feeling valued, many employees felt replaceable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for stability, transparency, respect, or a long-term career.
