      Avantages

      Remote work and flexible work schedule.

      Inconvénients

      During interview was assured of at least 3-5 years of work, long term. Contracts were gone in less than a year. Mass layoffs with short notice. Not promising long term. Little to zero training, extremely high healthcare premiums.

      The upper management will drop you like bad habit so please heed my advice if you work their keep your resume updated!
