Every project has it’s own process. 10) Some of TL’s working on like govt job. Yes , yes, yes 11) Provide only 10 leave in a year. 12) You have to work even 15-Aug and 26-Jan. 13) Company model is INVOICE MODEL. 14) TL arrange party using employee money,. Every employee have to pay 100/- per month for party and birthday celebration.
