      Avantages

      Très bonne formation dans un fast-paced environnement, entreprise reconnue à l’international pour son savoir faire digital (CRM notamment), volonté d’améliorer le management depuis plusieurs années, évolution très rapide

      Inconvénients

      Promotions et changements de poste tous les 6 mois pour certains profils appréciés du top management, grosses lacunes sur le management car aucune formation en interne (et souvent les plus “anciens” de l’équipe sont promus manager sans pour autant en avoir les qualités), différences notables de charge de travail entre les différents bureaux européens

      Avantages

      There are a lot of talented people who work across brands at TechStyle. I learned so much during my time there and appreciated the relationships I built. They reward hard work and promote from within.

      - Senior leadership tends to pivot goals frequently - Overworked, burnt out from excess workload
