      Avantages

      I've been at TechMagic for 6 months, and I can honestly say it's one of the best companies I've worked for. Employees are treated fairly and with respect. The company provides many opportunities for growth and is always willing to support people in their professional development. One of the things I appreciate most is the culture and the people. Everyone is approachable, supportive and understanding. It's the kind of environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and growing both professionally and personally.

      Nothing worth mentioning after six months with the company

      Avantages

      Here are some of the benefits: - flexible work format: I mostly work remotely, but I always have the option to work in the office in the center of Krakow - I can also note the support and stability within the company - I really like the communication within my team, the maximum support, and the desire to grow together

      Inconvénients

      I would like to see more vacation days (currently 18)

      Avantages

      Friendly and supportive colleagues, collaborative culture, interesting projects, and a high level of trust in employees' expertise. Team members are approachable and willing to share knowledge, making it a great environment for professional growth.

      Inconvénients

      There is room for improvement in the clarity of benefits available to employees and contractors outside Ukraine. The payment process for contractors could also be more transparent and streamlined, especially regarding timelines, procedures, and expectations. Better documentation and communication around these topics would help create a smoother experience.
