The initial offer of Rs. 250 per problem was unilaterally decreased to a mere Rs. 60 per problem, which was a blatant breach of trust and a direct insult to my dedication and hard work. The overall work culture at TechCurators was toxic and lacked respect for employees. The dismissive attitude, lack of empathy, and constant manipulation of compensation demonstrated a clear disregard for the interns' well-being and professional development.
