Avantages
Friendly colleagues. Good office location. Good for work experience. Officer in charge are considerate also the editor.
Inconvénients
Though colleagues are friendly, they have more unprofessional ways overall. Some were unethical with favoritism. Some Leaders and tenured employees are not good model. They are the number 1 who gossips about their employees especially the newbies, typical filipino setting. There is more negative feedback than positive motivation.Transparency is questionable. Management is poor. The training strategy is poor (reviewer groups). I think the company has no funds for regularization. There are numerous employees who were making efforts more than 8 mos but still on probationary status. Homebased workers has no benefits but the work requirement is the same?? Leaders are always complaining about same errors made by reviewers but they are not changing strategies for improvement. Corrections with documents are delivered by installment.
