Salary is very poor Environment is toxic and always demanding unrealistic expectations If you are looking to grow this is not where to stay for a long time No consideration for their staff,they are a Microsoft partner and they pay meagre salary and other partners like them pay their staff per ticket and then they say this is because they have a site and other site staff are not treated unfairly like the ones in Nigeria. They pay heavily for PR image, but they cannot fix paying well
