      Avantages

      Good working environment. Friendly colleagues. Great for people who like to stick to one job/one company.

      Inconvénients

      Salary is lower than average in the market. Upper management sometimes implement ridiculous policy, etc. Not many career opportunities. Tenure gets reset when you transfer internally.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
