      It’s a good place to start your career and gain work experience. The company also offers individual performance-based bonuses, which can be a nice incentive early on

      Inconvénients

      It’s a good place to start your career, but I recommend moving on once you’ve gained some experience. Growth opportunities within the company are limited, and the salaries aren’t very competitive

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
