      Avantages

      Excellent team forward working environment. Love the people that I work with and everyone collaborates together to make everyone successful. One of their company mantras is "Stronger Together" and I can't agree more.

      Inconvénients

      Management as well as communication between departments is poor. Worked here the entirety of the pandemic and even after a year, there are still breaks in communications. Also very easy job despite the role. If you are looking to further your IT career and you have previous work experience, I would look elsewhere. This company is primarily a stepping stone I would say for anyone looking to get a leg up in the IT industry.

      Thanks for your thoughts and sharing your feedback on communication. This is an area that we are committed to working on for 2021 – which has been even more challenging with the pandemic and people working remotely. However, we have several workstreams in place that are focused on improving in this area, and just today we held our Global Quarterly Town Hall hosted by our CEO who shared our current strategies. Another area of focus for us is building the careers of our staff. In 2020 here in the Colorado Location we saw that 33% of our employees received promotions in the last 12 months – and we are on track to beat that number in 2021!       Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
