      Thank you for the feedback. I wish we would be able to provide more concrete information on work from home - but unfortunately we are playing it month over month based on Covid - just like everyone else. Attrition is indeed one of metrics that we track very closely - and we have extensive exit interviews with folks who are leaving to help us understand what we could have done differently. We have weekly meetings to discuss the results and do all we can to make any changes we are able to do.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
