      difficult to increase salary In Vietnam, if you have good relationship ­­­­­­w­ith boss, and know ho­w to flatter them. You can get anything (promotion, salary...)

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
