      I like the environment, no people breathing down your neck, no micromanagement, do your work and let numbers talk and you will be fine.

      Inconvénients

      Well, salaries are not good.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
