if you have a good performance you can have good schedules this is only a small group in operations you have prepaid medicine some discounts that are not bad you also have two days consecutives a decent salary good perks in general

Inconvénients

your performance doesn't make much difference you can be top performance during 3 weeks and they would say thank you also in the other case is similar you feel that you dont really make a difference also the metrics and admistrative process can take a really long time to be execute also the team that hires seems that they dont really care who is hired because in the bathrooms there is people that make unnecessary draws like svastika this make feel very uncofortable 1 because how is possible that kind of people get hired if this kind of job is very difficult to enter 2 they close the bathrooms in operations that would not be the correct way to fix that situation that happen 2 times also there was a lot of supervisor and QSA that nobody knows how they grow or they are really bad people with terrible behaviors or their performance in their roll is really poor. beside that the majority of the computers are really slow

Avantages

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Inconvénients

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
