      Avantages

      I have never experienced a company that has gone through this much growth in such a short period of time. They have done a wonderful job being aware of that growth, the changes that come with that growth, and work hard to articulate that to the company as a whole. No company is perfect, but TargetX cares about the people that work here, the clients they work for and how to best to serve them all. The company has a very positive outlook for the future, and is always looking to improve its culture and its efficiency.

      Inconvénients

      The growth can lead to some very busy times, and there have been times (a month/ a few months) where a team has been shorthanded.

      I was quite surprised to see such a negative review of such a great place to work! itnis refreshing to work at a place where candor is appreciated, people wake up wanting to do a good job, we learn from our mistakes, and we support each other- All because we want to make a difference for our clients. We work hard and play hard. This is truly a special place to work. As someone who watched TargetX grow over the last 15 years and knew I wanted to be a part of the "something special"... I'm so glad I took a leap from a comfortable job to one that offers new and exciting challenges each day.

      Inconvénients

      they take cultural fit very seriously which makes sense for people who used to be in admissions. You must be passionate about your work and want to excel or it's not the place for you.
