      Learning about customer services, building partnership with law enforcement, and volunteering at local communities events.

      Inconvénients

      Target's store directors, and district managers are very unprofessional. They are always gossiping and starting dramas about either you or other team members. The raises that they give to their team leaders and normal team members are garbage.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
