      Avantages

      Can be a pretty stable job. Opportunities for growth seem promising since asset protection is very niche in Target, and they seem to promote from within.

      Inconvénients

      As an AP specialist, your work is pretty boring. Time will fly by really slow unless your store has a lot of traffic, in terms of stealing.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
